Dear Heavenly Father...

 AM SORRY for what I have done!  Please forgive me of my adultery and enable my spouse, family, and all who know about it, to forgive me!

Please Help me to reverse what I have done!  Please work on my heart and on the heart of my spouse and everyone else, to enable this!

If I cannot reconcile with my spouse please help me to be in true repentance and to move on from here, growing closer to You!  

I love You, Lord!  I want to please You!
